ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Operating responsibly in the environments where we work
Maple Leaf Power Corporation operates across a wide range of environments, from BC's rugged mountain terrain and old-growth corridors to remote northern landscapes and urban centres. We take our responsibility to protect these environments seriously, and hold ourselves to a standard of environmental care that meets or exceeds the requirements of the regions in which we operate.
All Maple Leaf Power employees and contractors are collectively responsible for compliance with applicable environmental legislation and regulations. This commitment extends to Maple Leaf Civil Services and Maple Leaf Traffic Control, ensuring consistent environmental standards across all three business units.
