As Operations Manager, Mark is accountable for supervising all aspects of safety, quality, and execution for distribution and transmission projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and on schedule. He also oversees resource planning and work scheduling, ensuring crews deliver high-quality services in a safe working environment.

OWNER & CONTRACTS MANAGER

John brings more than 20 years of experience in the power sector, with a career defined by building strong client relationships and growing company operations across North America. His financial and commercial acumen gives him a clear understanding of the scheduling pressures and budget constraints that utility clients face — and how to deliver within them. As Contracts Manager, John is responsible for account and quality management, client relations, issue resolution, and the development and execution of continuous improvement strategies across Maple Leaf Power's project portfolio.

OPERATIONS FOREMAN

Karl brings over two decades of field experience across transmission and distribution projects throughout North America, earning a reputation as a safe, knowledgeable, and respected leader both within Maple Leaf Power and across the broader industry. His combination of technical depth and practical leadership makes him a reliable anchor on any project site. As Operations Foreman, Karl oversees all aspects of site safety, quality, and execution on assigned distribution and transmission projects, ensuring crews operate efficiently and to the highest standard. Beyond his role at Maple Leaf Power, Karl serves as Chief of the Pender Harbour First Nation.

OPERATIONS FOREMAN

Over a 20-year career in the power line industry, Grant has worked on projects ranging from 4kV to 500kV throughout North America — gaining hands-on experience across stringing, helicopter operations, underground feeder cable installation, splicing, and distribution maintenance. That breadth of experience gives him the knowledge and practical judgment to plan, coordinate, and execute projects of varying complexity with confidence. As Operations Foreman, Grant is responsible for ensuring site safety, quality, and execution are maintained to the highest standard on assigned distribution and transmission projects.

His ability to adapt to different project types, environments, and crew dynamics makes him an effective and dependable presence in the field. As Operations Foreman, Nathan is responsible for overseeing site safety, quality, and execution on assigned projects, ensuring that crews operate to Maple Leaf Power's standards of safety and efficiency on every site.

CIVIL SERVICES SUPERVISOR

Mike brings over 20 years of experience across civil, industrial, municipal, and residential construction — a background that spans roadway construction, trenching and ditching, subdivision development, and the maintenance of stormwater, water, sewer, and civic infrastructure. He is experienced operating large-scale equipment in sensitive environments, including sites with buried electrical, natural gas, and municipal utility infrastructure. As Civil Services Supervisor, Mike leads all civil construction activities at Maple Leaf Power, applying his technical expertise and safety-focused approach to ensure civil works are executed to the same standard as the company's power line operations.

TRAFFIC SUPERVISOR & DISPATCH

Mandy has spent over a decade building expertise across all aspects of traffic control operations, developing a reputation for precision, reliability, and strong working relationships with the municipalities, engineers, and crews she works alongside. Her organizational skills and attention to detail are the backbone of Maple Leaf Power's traffic control division. As Traffic Control Supervisor and Dispatch, Mandy manages permitting, scheduling, and supervision of traffic control crews across BC, ensuring that all operations run safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard. She works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to integrate traffic control seamlessly into larger project operations.
